Delayed check-in was highly frustrating!!! Key card access issues persisted throughout my stay!!! Security concerns in the parking lot made me uneasy while parked!!! Room cleaning was inconsistent and did not meet expectations!!!

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

This stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff was helpful, especially during check-in, making the experience smoother after a long day. The hotel was clean and modern, yet I encountered difficulties with my key card multiple times. The parking situation was inadequate for the number of rooms.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was perfect for our kids to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home during our 2-night trip.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use a bit more space, especially with a large family. A larger seating area would have been great for all of us to gather comfortably.

We encountered several issues during our stay. The maid service was not flexible and came to clean our room at inconvenient times. When we requested a later cleaning, they were unable to accommodate us, leaving us frustrated.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown was fantastic! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our family. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed, and I loved the variety of the breakfast offerings, especially the fluffy pancakes.

Breakfast at the Hilton Garden was a total win, with fluffy pancakes and a sprinkle of sweet strawberries that lit up my morning! Plus, the lobby vibes were totally on point, making me feel right at home.

While the hotel has charm, the surroundings felt a bit sketchy with a nearby abandoned hotel. We even witnessed a police intervention which made me think twice about strolling outside, especially with kiddos in tow.
